David Lee Salmon, Class of '60

Started by years at Baker in my 10th year. I was most interested in ROTC and became the Battlegroup Commander in my senior year. I was active on the small bore and big bore rifle teams. The rifle teams was a big part of the ROTC and sports program, and there was a rifle range underneath the main hallway.

Oscar Boyles was the Assistant Principal at the time, and I remember him well.

I entered the US Army after one year at Columbus College. I entered Military Intelligence and served as both an enlisted man and officer. I served more than one tour in Viet Nam, and ran into an old Baker classmate while in the jungle.

I have completed my PhD. and work with my wife Karen and family in a Law Enforcement Advisory practice. We work with the Government, security agencies, and local law enforcement agencies. Karen and I have three children, and two grandkids.
