Greg "Shorty" Stouffer, Class of '66



After leaving Baker High School, I enlisted in the US Army and served in Viet Nam in 1967-1968 and was a crew chief on a helicopter. Was Discharged in 1970. Returned to Pennsylvania after a year working at Ft Rucker, Alabama. Worked for Nissan Motor Company until 1976. In 1976, I began working for the US Government as a aircraft mechanic for the Dept. of Defense at Hagerstown, Maryland. Joined the US Army Reserves in 1976 and Retired this year at the Rank of CW4. Transferred to the US Border Patrol in Laredo, Texas in 1987, where I work on the Helicopters that patrol the border. This year I became the Safety and Health Specialist for the Laredo Sector Border Patrol.

I have kept in touch with only two school mates, Tom Sweet, class of 1966, who lives in AZ and Anona Cox, class of 1969
