Pamela Kay "Pam" Wilson (Sims), Class of '71

My memorable moments at Baker include the Lion Backers and the fun I had at the football games. I was a member of Alpha Tri-Hi-Y. I had a lot of great friendships through my association in the club.

In June, 1971, I began working with Southern Bell in Columbus. I married in 1975, and had one daughter, Kellie, born in June, 1981 (the reason I missed the 10 year class reunion! She just turned 16!). We divorced in 1984.

In 1987, I was transferred with Southern Bell to Atlanta, Georgia. I am still employed with BellSouth (a.k.a. Southern Bell) as a Manager in the Product Commericialization Unit. I have about two years to retirement!

I married Michael Sims in 1988, and we live in Alpharetta, Georgia. Michael also works for BellSouth.

I am pursuing my undergraduate degree in Business Administration. I started 22 years ago, but quit shortly thereafter! After retiring from BellSouth, I would like to obtain a teaching certificate so that I can teach school (first grade). We all enjoy golf, going to the beach, and just relaxing.

June, 1997
