Mark Michael Murdock, Class of '72



At Baker I was in ROTC and played JV football.

I graduated from Columbus College with a BS in Recreation.

I have been on active duty in the US Army for 21 years. I am now a Chief Warrant Officer 3 stationed at Fort Rucker, AL as a Combat Developer for the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter.

My previous assignments have been: 1975 509th Airborne Battalion (Italy), 1978 82nd Airborne Division (Fort Bragg, NC), 1979 10th Special Forces Group (Bad Tolz, GE) and 11th Special Forces Group Reserve (Columbus, GA) 1983 Flight School (Fort Rucker, AL) 1985 8th Infantry Division (Wiesbaden, GE) 1990 UH-60 Instructor Pilot (Fort Rucker, AL) 1993 Instructor Pilot for the Saudi Military Assault and MEDEVAC (King Kahlid Military City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) 1994 Research and Developments Staff Officer fo r Combat Developments, Combat Aircraft Branch (Fort Rucker, AL)
