Image: Pencil More (and Better) Help with a Lost Password

Hello. I'm Bob Brown, Class of '65 and I'm the person who is supposed to be helping you with password problems. Up to now, I didn't always get all the information I needed to help. I've now done some programming that will make password and user ID recovery easy enough that I should be able to keep up and do a good job.

If you've written to me and not gotten an answer, I apologize. Please read on, then humor me by trying the instructions below. Even if the server can't help automatically, it now mails me everything I need: your class year, your name when you were at Baker, and something called a "user key" that will help me find your user ID and password. So, thanks for bearing with me and Happy New Year!.

If you signed in before February, 2002, we hadn't invented the new database yet, so you did not get a password or login ID. That's OK because you can create a new account now to get a password and ID.

If you signed in during or after February, 2002, or you're not sure when you signed in, go to http://baker.hs.org/account/lost_password.php, fill in the form and follow the directions. (You may have already done this once. Please do it again; it's a new program even though it will look very similar.)
