High School Alumni Association awards a $1,000 college scholarship to the child
or grandchild of a current dues paying Alumni Association member.
(Alumnus returning to college are also eligible.) For the basic

the heartbreaking news that Baker was put on the Muscogee County School
District's surplus list unanimously in March 2001... especially after getting my
hopes up - thinking that Baker was going to once again be revived as a
liberal arts magnet school. Instead of allowing Baker's future to
diminish, now is the time to regroup, brain storm and prepare a
strategy to locate a Buyer that will revitalize Baker
High into a community facility that serves the surrounding South
