[Lions-l] correct political paradox

The intent of the Race/ National Origin data was as a tool to correct the economic impact of PREJUDICE.    Many on this site can remember when all the good jobs / positions were reserved for white males; no others need apply. 

I think as originally conceived, if you or your company wanted to become richer by using federal money, there would be some sharing of the wealth with representatives of all groups working in your local area.  Hence the tracking of your staff's RNO.  The system evolved.

Maybe this process is no longer needed; or perhaps it is still needed but the categories need to be more 21st Century.  Someone younger than I will make that call.

political correctness is an insult  to mankind's intelligence. speak your mind. say what you mean and mean what you say. just use your brain before you engage your mouth...
