Fellow Lions-

As most of you know, the BHS A;umni Association awards an annual scholarship 
of $1,000 to deserving alumni, their children, or grandchildren. It is through 
the generous support of dedicated alumni, faculty, and friends that we are 
able to continue this tradition in 2008.

The following are the requirements for applying for the $1,000 scholarship 
awarded to a child or grandchild of a Baker High School Alumni Association 
member.

1. A recent photo
2. Resume from the student
3. Two recommendations from teachers/Principal
4. High School Transcript

All applications must be postmarked by July 1, 2008 and mailed to:

The requirements for someone going back to college, or starting long after 
High School will be:

1. Current photo
2. Latest transcript
3. Up to date resume.

Reminder: for an applicant to be considered for the annual scholarship, he / 
she must be the child or grandchild of a current, dues paying member of the 
Association, or be a current, dues paying member of the  Association. Dues are 
$20 per year and may be mailed to:
