[Lions-l] More Testing: Mug Shots and Help Text

OK... I think the "mug shots" piece of 
http://baker.hs.org/account/index.php is ready for testing if anyone has a 
new  mug shot to upload.  (The "other pictures" is *not* ready for prime 
time yet!)

And thanks to the person who pointed out (without telling everyone!) that 
the help links didn't work reliably.  I think that's fixed in the 
"account" and "lost password" functions, except "other pictures," which is 
still under construction.
