[Lions-l] More Web Site: People Search

There seemed to be a fair amount of sentiment for getting the class roll 
search (on the "people" page) working.  That made sense to me because it 
can be used by anyone, and not just people who have signed in.  So, I 
spent most of today on that.

Please give it a try and report any problems.  (Onward to the "more 
pictures" code!)
